\r\n The scientific research department at Israa University published the
\r\n first issue of
\r\n
\r\n "Israa University Journal for Humanities" in July, 2016 .This accurate
\r\n journal caring the (ISSN) International Standard Serial Number
\r\n (2518-5918ISSN).
\r\n
\r\n The first issue, the journal has provided the outcomes of different
\r\n research works in (Law, International law, History, and the Arabic
\r\n language). Its interest is to be accurate in publishing researches,
\r\n which characterized by the authenticity, and adds to human knowledge
\r\n what the academics, intellectuals, and researchers in different
\r\n branches of humanity can benefit from it.
\r\n
\r\n In addition, the director of the scientific research department, Dr.
\r\n Alaa Mattar appreciated the supports the university's administration
\r\n offers and its unlimited efforts that the Editorial Board and the
\r\n Scientific Committee spent to publish this edition.
\r\n
\r\n Dr. Mattar has expressed his thanks to all the researchers, whom
\r\n enriched the journal by their significant researches, inside and
\r\n outside Palestine. In addition, he promised to exert all efforts in
\r\n order to guarantee continuing publishing the journal releases
\r\n periodically and in time. With great interests, he expressed his great
\r\n attention to improve the performance contentiously and to accept only
\r\n the high quality of researches
