The Deanship of the Faculty of Medical Sciences organized an extensive interactive meeting, bringing together the Faculty Dean and Heads of Academic Departments with prospective graduating students. Held via the Google Meet platform, the session aimed to discuss all aspects of the "Graduation Research" course and establish a clear roadmap for preparing research in accordance with rigorous scientific standards.
At the start of the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty emphasized that supporting students during the scientific research phase is a top priority for the administration. He noted that the graduation project is not merely an academic requirement, but a pivotal milestone for honing research skills and fostering critical thinking. He also stressed the necessity of strict adherence to approved academic standards and research ethics.
For their part, the Heads of Departments provided a detailed presentation featuring essential instructions and guidelines. This included mechanisms for selecting innovative research topics, steps for continuous supervision and follow-up, and a clarification of the precise criteria used by evaluation committees to grade the projects.
