In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon the noblest of prophets and messengers, our Master Muhammad, and upon his family and companions.
It is my pleasure, on behalf of both the academic and administrative staff, to welcome you to this esteemed academic institution, the College of Law, established in 2015. Since its founding, the College has upheld a firm commitment to building a modern legal educational system in which theoretical knowledge is integrated with practical application, contributing to the preparation of graduates capable of understanding the provisions of the law, applying them correctly, and preserving their legislative purposes.
The College of Law occupies a pivotal position within the university structure. It is entrusted with teaching the science of law and its various branches—an essential pillar for achieving justice and promoting the values of integrity and the rule of law. Accordingly, the College’s mission extends beyond teaching legal knowledge to include the production of knowledge, the development of its tools, and the introduction of innovative methods for engaging with emerging legal and societal issues.
Believing that the student is the core and ultimate purpose of the educational process, and that preparing students to face professional life and its challenges is a primary goal, the College has, since its establishment, worked to strengthen its academic presence and establish a clear vision aligned with the strategic directions of Al-Isra University in both the medium and long terms. Today, the College continues to move steadily toward affirming its position as a serious scientific environment, a haven for knowledge, and a legal institution committed to contributing to the development of a society more aware of its rights and obligations.
The College places great emphasis on enhancing the quality of legal education and learning. It continually develops teaching methods that focus on building legal skills, connecting them with other fields of knowledge, strengthening analytical and critical thinking abilities, and encouraging scientific research as a fundamental pillar for advancing legal scholarship. The College also accords special importance to community service and strengthening its ties with the academic institution, stemming from the belief that law is a mission and responsibility before it is a discipline.
There is no doubt that achieving the College’s goals is the result of collective effort, where the endeavors of the University’s administration, the College’s faculty and administrative staff, and its students converge. These combined efforts help build an institution that upholds quality, values, and positive competitiveness. Our aspiration is for the College of Law to remain a home for all, an academic framework that fulfills its mission with confidence and competence, and a clear pathway toward a future worthy of the University, its students, and its community.
In conclusion, we ask Allah to protect our homeland and our people from all harm.
Allah is the Grantor of success.
With sincere appreciation,
