Dear faculty members, administrative team, and dear students of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences,
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you,
I extend my sincere congratulations and best wishes for a year rich in giving and excellence, filled with ambition and hard work, through which we continue together the journey of academic development and reinforce the values of diligence, responsibility, and belonging.
It gives me great pleasure to welcome our sons and daughters, the students, who today take their first steps in a pivotal stage of their academic lives. You now belong to a well-established academic institution that, since its founding, has proven its presence and standing through a clear vision, organized institutional work, and a persistent pursuit of continuous development. The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences has been—and continues to be—an important pillar of higher education, and an active driver in the fields of scientific research, community service, and environmental development.
Our educational philosophy stems from a firm belief that the university is a free space for enlightened thought, a platform for responsible dialogue, and a forum for serious academic discussion based on respect for differing opinions. It is also a true partnership between students and faculty members, built on trust, interaction, and guidance—where students find support from their professors, direction from their expertise, and motivation for learning and thinking through meaningful dialogue.
Believing that the student is the محور (core) and ultimate goal of the educational process, preparing a well-informed graduate capable of facing modern challenges and qualified to compete in the job market is the college’s highest strategic objective. From this perspective, we are committed to building well-rounded personalities among our students—combining solid academic knowledge, refined practical skills, and positive ethical and behavioral values.
The college strives to achieve this by offering high-quality university education in accordance with accredited academic standards, continuously developing its academic programs in line with rapid changes in the labor market, enhancing academic services, adopting a philosophy of self-learning, and fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and lifelong learning.
I can only express my pride and appreciation for the distinguished academic and administrative staff at the college, who work with a strong team spirit, demonstrate competence and dedication, prioritize the interests of students and the college, and contribute through their continuous efforts to creating a motivating educational environment based on cooperation, openness, and responsibility.
I am confident that our collective efforts, teamwork, and belief in our mission will lead our college to broader horizons of excellence and leadership.
May God grant us success in all that is good and right, and may He protect our beloved homeland, Palestine—its land, people, and leadership—from all harm.
And God is the granter of success.
