Isra University and Reach Education Fund Sign a Memorandum of Understanding and Announce the Names of Scholarship Recipients

Isra University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Reach Education Fund to strengthen joint cooperation in supporting students and enabling them to continue their university education. The signing coincided with the announcement of the names of students who received scholarships for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Alaa Matar, President of the University; Dr. Munther Azzam, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs; Mr. Adel Zaqout, Director of Reach Education Fund in Palestine; and several members of the organization’s team.
Professor Dr. Alaa Matar emphasized the importance of this partnership in supporting students, particularly amid the exceptional circumstances facing Palestine. He noted that supporting education and enabling students to complete their studies represents a genuine investment in the future of Palestinian generations.
For his part, Mr. Adel Zaqout affirmed Reach Education Fund’s commitment to supporting students in need as well as academically outstanding students, based on its belief that education is a fundamental right and an opportunity to shape the future.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the names of the scholarship recipients for the 2025/2026 academic year were announced, reflecting the university’s and the organization’s commitment to continuing to support students and expanding their opportunities for education and success.
