This course covers the basic principles of technical project management, including defining project objectives, scope, and requirements; planning activities, resources, time, and cost; identifying risks and methods for dealing with them; monitoring implementation; and quality control. It also covers teamwork, task distribution, communication with stakeholders, report preparation, and project progress monitoring, using digital planning and monitoring tools and applying the concepts to a technical project related to computer networks and the Internet.
