Department of Business Administration Holds Regular Meeting at the Start of the Second Semester 2025/2026

The Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences held its regular meeting in conjunction with the start of the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Samar Atta Allah, the Head of the Department of Business Administration, Dr. Ramez Hassouneh, along with faculty members of the department.
The meeting commenced with a welcoming speech by Dr. Samar Atta Allah, in which she expressed her pleasure at the beginning of a new academic semester, emphasizing that the upcoming phase requires greater collaboration and integration among faculty members to enhance the quality of the educational process. She also highlighted the Faculty’s commitment to providing a supportive academic environment that fosters creativity and excellence, and to promoting a culture of continuous development, positively reflecting on learning outcomes.
For his part, Dr. Ramez Hassouneh delivered a motivational speech, praising the efforts of the faculty members and stressing the importance of keeping pace with developments in higher education. He emphasized adopting modern teaching methods that focus on developing students’ skills and enhancing their critical thinking. He also called for strengthening the link between theoretical and practical aspects, and for greater attention to scientific research as a fundamental pillar in advancing academic work and serving the community. He underscored the importance of teamwork and innovation to achieve institutional excellence.
The meeting addressed several academic issues, most notably the development of study plans, teaching methodologies, and the emphasis on moving toward strengthening in-person education, in addition to discussing ways to support and encourage scientific research and increase academic productivity.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of continued coordination and integration among faculty members to achieve the goals of the department and the Faculty, and to enhance the quality of education while advancing students academically and professionally.
