Al-Israa University held an in-person defense for a Master’s thesis in the Business Administration program entitled “Strategic Intelligence and Its Impact on Crisis Management in Government Hospitals”, submitted by researcher Ahmed Diab Abd Al-Salam Al-Sawafiri, on Thursday morning at the Friends Without Borders Association in Al-Zawaida City, in the presence of the examination committee, several academics, and interested attendees.

The study aimed to examine the impact of strategic intelligence on crisis management in major government hospitals in the southern Palestinian governorates. It employed the descriptive-analytical approach.
The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which include:
the necessity for hospital management to possess entrepreneurial creativity aligned with future visions; involving employees in decision-making and responsibility sharing; utilizing process flowcharts to understand the interrelation between procedural and administrative operations; strengthening partnerships in research and development to improve services provided to target groups; and following a scientific methodology to manage crises efficiently.
