The Deanship of Scientific Research at Al-Israa University – Palestine has issued the twentieth edition of the Israa University Journal of Human Sciences (IUJH), reaffirming its sustained academic presence despite the difficult circumstances faced by the Palestinian people, and renewing its commitment to supporting scientific research and advancing knowledge production at both the local and international levels.
The new issue includes thirteen peer-reviewed scientific papers characterized by originality, quality, and objectivity. These studies cover a wide range of topics in accounting, business administration, educational administration, curricula and teaching methods, mental health, psychological counseling, political science, and media. This diversity reflects a rich body of knowledge that meets the needs of researchers and scholars in various fields of the humanities.
Dr. Muniya Mazeed, Editor-in-Chief of the journal, emphasized that this edition is the result of the diligent efforts of a distinguished group of researchers who combined scientific rigor with methodological innovation. She noted that the journal continues to adopt an editorial policy based on diversity and inclusiveness, reinforcing its scientific and intellectual mission in serving the academic community locally and across the Arab world.
In recognition of recent achievements, Dr. Mazeed congratulated the journal’s staff for securing the seventh rank according to the Arcif Impact Factor in the field of multidisciplinary humanities and arts among 252 Arab journals, and for being classified within Q2 (upper–middle tier). She regarded this accomplishment as a motivation to continue elevating the journal’s standards and strengthening its regional and international presence.
The Editor-in-Chief extended her appreciation to the editorial board, reviewers, researchers, and all partners who contributed to producing this issue in its distinguished form.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Al-Masri, Chair of the Scientific Journals Council, highlighted the tremendous efforts exerted by the team to publish this issue despite the challenges, pointing to the university’s continued support for scientific research and its reputable academic journals, which contributes to attaining top global rankings.
Dr. Mazeed concluded by affirming the journal’s commitment to further scientific and methodological development and enhancing its status locally and internationally. She expressed her hope that the journal will remain a beacon of knowledge contributing to the advancement of Palestinian society, wishing peace and security for the Palestinian people.
