Isra University Publishes the 21st Issue of the Isra University Journal of Humanities

Isra University, represented by the Deanship of Scientific Research and Libraries, has announced the publication of the 21st issue (July 2026) of the Isra University Journal of Humanities. The issue features 12 peer-reviewed research papers in both Arabic and English, reaffirming the university’s commitment to advancing scientific research and supporting knowledge production in accordance with the highest standards of academic publishing.
The issue includes scholarly research in Accounting and Financial Sciences, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, Media, Educational Administration, and Curriculum and Teaching Methods, in addition to studies addressing artificial intelligence applications and digital transformation. This reflects the journal’s alignment with current research priorities and contemporary issues.
The journal’s Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Asmaa Nasr, stated that the 21st issue represents another step in the journal’s journey toward excellence and leadership. She noted that it reflects the journal’s commitment to attracting original research of scientific value and societal impact, despite the challenges facing Palestinian higher education institutions. She also highlighted the journal’s continued efforts to develop its editorial policies and strengthen cooperation with researchers and peer reviewers from various Arab and international universities, contributing to improved publishing quality and expanding the journal’s reach.
Dr. Nasr explained that all published papers underwent double-blind peer review, with full adherence to scientific publishing ethics and the application of the APA 7th edition referencing guidelines, in line with international best practices. She emphasized the Editorial Board’s continued efforts to strengthen the journal’s presence and establish it as a leading scholarly platform serving researchers in Palestine and the Arab world.
For his part, Dr. Abdel Fattah Qarman, Dean of Scientific Research and Libraries, affirmed that the publication of the issue embodies Isra University’s vision of establishing scientific research as a fundamental pillar of academic excellence. He noted that the Deanship continues to develop the scientific publishing system, enhance the quality of peer review, and expand the journal’s presence in international databases and rankings, contributing to raising the university’s academic standing and highlighting Palestinian scholarly production at both the Arab and international levels.
Dr. Qarman added that this publication comes in the wake of the journal’s achievement of ranking seventh among Arab journals in the field of multidisciplinary Arts and Humanities, according to the Arcif (ARCIF) classification, and being ranked in the second quartile (Q2) among 252 Arab scientific journals. He noted that this achievement reflects the quality of the journal’s editorial policies and the efficiency of its peer-review system.
