Al-Israa University Discusses Master’s Thesis on Strategic Intelligence and Its Impact on Crisis Management

Al-Israa University discussed a Master’s thesis in the Business Administration program titled:
“Strategic Intelligence and Its Impact on Crisis Management: A Field Study on Employees of the Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security,” conducted online via the Zoom platform, in the presence of the examination and evaluation committee, along with a number of academics and interested participants.
The examination committee consisted of Dr. Ahmad Ismail Al-Husayna, the primary supervisor and committee chair; Dr. Mahmoud Abdul Rahman Al-Shanti, supervisor; Dr. Samer Rajab Ata Allah, internal examiner; and Prof. Ahmad Ghabbin, external examiner.
The study aimed to identify the impact of practicing strategic intelligence on the effectiveness of crisis management at the Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security.
The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which were the need to enhance the ministry’s capacities and all its units to analyze the impacts of external variables and anticipate their implications on work, through specialized teams and regular monitoring of indicators. It also recommended developing a support system for employees’ recovery after crises, including psychological assessment, training for return to work, and gradual reintegration programs to ensure performance stability and improve morale following crises.
It is worth noting that the Graduate School at Al-Israa University awards Master’s degrees in Business Administration, Law, and Accounting and Finance Sciences.
