It is my pleasure to extend the warmest welcome to you on this platform, which represents the university's window to its community, and a welcoming space that allows you to learn about its administrative and financial system, its developmental vision, and its continuous efforts to provide a safe, stable educational environment capable of keeping pace with challenges.

Since its establishment with its firm principle: "Change Towards Professionalism", the university launched with this principle, which was not merely a slogan, but rather a scientific and practical vision that we follow, a methodology we work with, and a driver for development and advancement plans. Based on this principle, we are determined to continue the journey of building and reconstructing the university with the dedication of the work team, the determination of its administration, and the trust of its students and community.

We all know that Israa University faced and was exposed during the past period to difficult circumstances and major challenges that affected its structure and facilities. However, the determination of its staff and the trust of its students were and remain the source of strength that enables it to continue its educational and humanitarian mission.

The Administrative and Financial Affairs pays special attention to improving institutional performance, enhancing transparency, controlling procedures, and developing systems that ensure the provision of effective and fast services that contribute to providing a stable university environment that supports the academic and research journey. We also work on developing the university's infrastructure and using modern technology in resource management in line with advanced administrative standards and serves its strategy for sustainable growth.
