Launch of Lectures for First-Year Medical Students

In a distinguished academic atmosphere, lectures for first-year students at the Faculty of Human Medicine commenced at the university’s campus in Gaza City, in the presence of Professor Dr. Alaa Matar, University President; Professor Dr. Nahid Hijazi, Vice President for Academic Affairs; and Dr. Abdel Fattah Qarman, Dean of Scientific Research and Libraries and lecturer at the faculty.
In his address to the students, Professor Dr. Alaa Matar, University President, delivered an inspiring message, encouraging them to work diligently, persevere, and strive for excellence throughout their academic journey. He emphasized that studying medicine is not merely about acquiring knowledge, but rather a noble humanitarian mission that requires scientific competence, ethical values, and a strong sense of responsibility. He also wished the students success and achievement as they embark on their academic journey toward a promising future in medicine.
Dr. Alaa Matar also conveyed the greetings of Dr. Suhail Al-Madbak, Dean of the Faculty of Human Medicine, to the students, wishing them success and excellence in their academic pursuits and emphasizing the importance of hard work and dedication in building a distinguished professional future in the medical field.
