Al-Isra University Holds Master's Thesis Defense on AI-Powered Training Needs Assessment Gaza - Al-Zahra: The Graduate Studies Deanery at Al-Isra University hosted the defense of a Master's thesis in Business Administration titled "A Proposed Model for Implementing an AI-Based Program to Identify Training Needs in Palestinian Private Universities" presented by researcher Sahar Hazem Al-Abadla.
