Al-Isra University Welcomes Médecins Sans Frontières Delegation to Discuss Strengthening Joint Cooperation Al-Isra University received a delegation from Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to discuss ways to enhance mutual cooperation between the university and the organization in multiple fields, particularly in scientific, psychological, and social domains. The MSF delegation consisted of Dr. Mohammed Abu Mughaseeb and Dr. Audrey Mahon, a psychiatrist who holds a leadership position in the organization. They were welcomed by Dr. Alaa Matar, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Sameer Zaqout, Head of the Clinical Psychology Department. The meeting focused on ways to exchange expertise and knowledge between the university and MSF, with particular emphasis on the possibility of Dr. Audrey delivering lectures and workshops in psychology and psychological counseling. This aims to raise awareness and education in this vital field. For his part, Dr. Alaa Matar expressed his pleasure in meeting the MSF delegation, highlighting the importance of strengthening cooperation between universities and non-governmental organizations to achieve sustainable development and community well-being.
