Al-Isra University Partners with Supporting Institutions to Assist Students Amid Economic Hardships
Hardships As part of Al-Isra University’s efforts to engage with supporting institutions and proactive national figures in Palestinian society to provide assistance to its students and graduates during these difficult economic conditions, 21 graduation certificates for Al-Isra University graduates were officially processed, thanks to the generous funding of AK Foundation. The scholarship distribution ceremony for female students was attended by: Dr. Alaa Matar, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Mr. Munther Azzam, Director of Student Affairs, Eng. Jihad Hallis, Director of the Zakat Fund at the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Eng. Fouad Hallis, Director of AK Foundation. Dr. Alaa Matar welcomed the attendees, praising the efforts of the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs and AK Foundation in supporting graduate students by covering their university certificate fees. He emphasized the importance of collaborative work to improve students' conditions and provide them with suitable opportunities to achieve their aspirations, helping them secure a stable and dignified professional future. For his part, Eng. Jihad Hallis stressed the significance of supporting students and expanding educational opportunities, urging students to persevere and remain determined in pursuing their ambitions. At the end of the ceremony, the certificates were officially processed and handed over to the students, marking a moment of great joy and gratitude. It is worth noting that through such initiatives, Al-Isra University reaffirms its commitment to enhancing education, supporting students in our community, and promoting the values of social responsibility and strategic cooperation between the university and all community institutions and proactive national figures.
