Al-Israa University and Press House Foundation Conclude "Mobile Journalism" Workshop

The Faculty of Humanities at Al-Israa University, in partnership with the Palestinian Press House Foundation, concluded a training course on Mobile Journalism (MoJo), participated in by students from the university’s Media Club. The course was part of the "My Mobile Studio" initiative, which aimed to enhance the capabilities of media students in utilizing smartphone technologies for media work—particularly filming, editing, publishing, and documentation across digital media platforms. Over three days, the training included lectures, hands-on exercises, field filming, and editing using mobile applications, culminating in the production of professional promo videos. Dr. Asmaa Al-Shqa’qi, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, commended the roles of the university and the Press House Foundation in supporting media students and developing their practical skills across various aspects of media work. She expressed hope for continued cooperation to further benefit students in the future. At the closing ceremony, the Press House Foundation and the course trainer, Mr. Sa’ed Radwan, were honored for their contributions to the success of the program and the tangible benefits it provided to participants.
