The Deanship of Graduate Studies at Al-Israa University held a master's thesis defense in the Business Administration program, titled: "The Impact of Cloud Computing Implementation on Improving Customer Relationship Management in Palestinian Private Universities" by researcher Ahmed Jamal Abu Sultan. The defense took place in Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hassaina Hall at the university's main campus in Al-Zahra City. Thesis Committee Members: Dr. Raafat Hussein Al-Hour (Supervisor & Chair) Dr. Huda Abdul Moneim Labad (Supervisor) Dr. Ahmed Ismail Al-Hassania (Internal Examiner) Dr. Nader Hamed Abu Sharakh (External Examiner) The defense was attended by several academic and administrative figures, a number of students, as well as the researcher’s friends and family. Study Objectives & Findings: The study aimed to examine the impact of cloud computing adoption on enhancing customer relationship management (CRM) in Palestinian private universities using a descriptive research approach. The results revealed that the level of cloud computing usage at Al-Israa University is very high, reaching 84.4%.
