Al-Isra University Journal of Applied Sciences Joins the Global EBSCO Database

Al-Isra University Journal of Applied Sciences (IUJAS) has been indexed in the global EBSCO database, a leading platform that collaborates with over 16,000 publishers worldwide. This inclusion will significantly increase the citation visibility of the journal's research after its intellectual output is published in this widely recognized database. Dr. Ahmed Al-Masri, Head of the Scientific Journals Council at the university, praised the efforts of the journal’s team and the technical advancements that qualified the university’s journals for inclusion in EBSCO. Dr. Al-Masri highlighted that IUJAS, which is already indexed in Scopus, is the first Palestinian journal to achieve this milestone. He congratulated the editorial board on the journal’s upgrade to Q3 (Quartile 3) and its Impact Factor Score (IFS) of 0.96. For his part, Dr. Abdul Fattah Qarman, the journal’s Editor-in-Chief, commended the team’s hard work, which culminated in this achievement. He emphasized that this step aligns with the university’s vision—"Change Towards Professionalism"—by dedicating significant space to scientific research, given its crucial role in societal development.
