Al-Israa University in Gaza discussed a master’s thesis in the Business Administration program by researcher Ahmad Jamal Al-Salahat, entitled:

“Knowledge Management as a Mediating Variable in the Relationship Between Digital Management and Enhancing Organizational Immunity at the Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security,”

held in person at the Rehabilitation Hall in Al-Maghazi Camp.

The examination committee consisted of:

Dr. Munir Hamto Al-Gharra, Supervisor and Chair;

Dr. Badr Shuhda Hamdan, Supervisor;

Dr. Wael Nassar Badah, Internal Examiner;

and Dr. Kholoud Atiyah Al-Fleat, External Examiner.

The session was held in person after a long interruption imposed by the war on the Gaza Strip, in the presence of the researcher’s family and friends, as well as representatives of Al-Israa University.

The study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management in strengthening the relationship between digital management and organizational immunity at the Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security. The researcher employed the descriptive-analytical method to achieve the study’s objectives.

The study concluded with several recommendations, most notably: organizing continuous training courses to develop employees’ knowledge skills, with a focus on strategic thinking and data analysis to support decision-making; and establishing specialized training programs in digital skills, such as the use of information management systems and advanced software.

It also recommended upgrading the Ministry’s technological infrastructure, including improving network speed and cybersecurity systems, and developing flexible administrative frameworks that support digital transformation by simplifying administrative procedures through electronic systems.

The study further called for adopting proactive strategies to address crises and challenges by establishing specialized risk management teams, creating centralized databases for storing and sharing knowledge among employees, and linking digital management systems with knowledge management by integrating data and information into decision-making processes.

It is worth noting that the College of Graduate Studies at Al-Israa University awards master’s degrees in Business Administration, Law, and Accounting and Finance Sciences.
