The Faculty of Medicine at Al-Israa University, specifically the Biomedical Sciences Phase (Basic Stage), continues to deliver scientific lectures and practical training sessions for students of the Basic Stage (Biomedical Sciences Phase) as part of its academic plan aimed at strengthening practical learning and developing laboratory skills. These activities are being conducted under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Suhail Al-Madbak.
Prof. Dr. Suhail Al-Madbak emphasized that the faculty is committed to providing integrated medical education that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, contributing to the preparation and qualification of students for upcoming academic and clinical stages.
For his part, Dr. Abdel Fattah Qarman, Dean of Scientific Research and Libraries and a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, explained that students receive hands-on training in the use of medical laboratory equipment, including the Spectrophotometer, Centrifuge, and laboratory incubators. They also engage in practical applications involving urine sample testing and analysis, as well as interpretation of results. These activities enhance their scientific and practical competencies and prepare them for future clinical training.
Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Alaa Matar affirmed that the university continues to expand its partnerships with healthcare institutions and partner universities both locally and internationally in preparation for the transition to the clinical stage. These partnerships provide advanced training environments that contribute to preparing competent physicians capable of serving the community.
